Platform Usage Rules

In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken where applicable. Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before closing, as access to the account will be restricted once it is shut down. Responsible Gaming If you choose self-exclusion, your account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends. While self-exclusion is active, you will not be permitted to open a new account.
A separate policy may apply to inactive accounts (those with no activity for 12 months or more). An inactivity fee may be applied after a prolonged period of inactivity, and you will be notified in advance. Such a fee will never exceed your account's existing balance, and no fee will apply if the account is reactivated.
